The Contract for the Construction of the unified pedestrian – bicycle route (“Athenian Riviera – 1. Urban Promenade”) was successfully concluded yesterday, 7.9.2022, between the Regional Governor of Attica, Mr. Giorgos Patoulis, and Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF / ΤΑΙΠΕΔ)’s Executive Director, Mr. Panagiotis Stampoulidis.
It is with great honor and satisfaction that our Law firm, represented by its Managing Partner, Nicolas Kanellopoulos, its Partner, Claire Lada and its Senior Counsel, Georgios Patrikios, have successfully provided legal support to HRADF for the accomplishment of the aforementioned project – Project Preparation Facility (PPF) for the unification of Attica’s urban coastline, extending from the Municipality of Kallithea to the Municipality of Vari – Voula – Vouliagmeni, crossing six municipalities (Kallithea, P. Faliro, Alimos, Elliniko-Argyroupoli, Glyfada, Vari – Voula – Vouliagmeni).
