• Real Estate Law: Management of property acquisition process and, in general, real estate transactions of any cause, conducting legal due diligence, resolution of encumbrances, and overseeing the process up to contract execution. Drafting and reviewing sale, lease, and other property-related agreements; handling corrections and procedures with the Cadastral data; drafting and filing eviction actions; issuing orders for the return of property use and for claiming unpaid rents; providing legal advice on various real estate matters.
• Civil Law: Handling family law matters such as divorce (consensual and adversarial), maintenance, child custody, and settlement of matrimonial property regimes. Managing compensation claims for car accidents, issuing payment orders, appealing payment orders, and conducting enforcement proceedings.
• Immigration Law: Providing legal advice, coordination, and assistance for the issuance of residence permits in Greece across various categories, including investment, employment, professional, and humanitarian grounds.
